A monumental over-fruited “smoothie” style Berliner Weisse. Based in our classic Berliner Weisse, we double the grain bill and add healthy doses of lactose sugar in the boil to elevate the body. After fermentation we condition this beer on over one pound per gallon of Raspberry puree. The resulting liquid is a candy-like Raspberry Sorbet that offers a thick and satisfying body, well shrouded alcohol and explodes with unending rich and luscious Raspberry flavors.
