Kettu is a cross-town collaboration with Cincinnati State’s Brewing Science program. A Baltic Porter concepted and brewed in tandem with Cincinnati State students, this beer takes its name from the Finnish word for Red Fox and was also the name of our employee Chris’ beloved dog. Kettu is a limited, draft-only release.
