Dire Wolf Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with DuClaw Brewing. Designed to emulate Rocky Road ice cream, for the first time ever Wolf’s Ridge brewed Dire Wolf with lactose sugar. During fermentation they’ve added over 100 lbs of marshmallow fluff and 25 lbs of the best cocoa powder the kitchen could find. Then the beer is conditioned on Madagascar vanilla beans, hand toasted almonds, and Guatemalan cacao nibs.
