Seventh Son Golden Ratio IPA $13/growler (limit 1 per customer)
This is the 7th Son’s first attempt at an IPA, and it was definitely worth the wait! This beer just came out this week so we are one of only a handful of bars that even have it on draft. They use Southern Hemisphere “Oceania” region hops to usher in our first foray into the world of traditional IPA. A big nectarine kiwi nose compliments fresh baked bread maltiness that leads into a sharp yet mellow butter finish.
