This is the 7th Son version which uses Mosaic, Willamette and Palisade hops in an effort to invoke more of a floral flavor and aroma. After building a recipe together, the breweries chose contrasting hops to create two unique beers that showcase how diverse and distinctive hops can be, even with all else equal.
