Today seemed like a good day to feature a beer from Cleveland…This is our Cleveland Beer Week Collaboration with Stoudt’s Brewery (PA) and Hofbrauhaus (OH). Mosaic, Warrior & Mandarina are in the hop profile and then we dry hopped with Simcoe & Mosaic. Amber in color yet bold, piney, and citrusy in f lavor. A Crisp and spicy taste is prevalent from additions of Rye. We say It’s not Rocket Science, but this beer is outta this world! ABV: 8.5%
