Last night we got a call that no business owner wants to get… There was a break in at The Daily Growler. The losses weren’t extravagant (the door was the biggest loss), but unsettling all the same. While we’re angry at the burglar (pictured), our heart also goes out to him. From reviewing the security footage and talking to police it was clear he was not in his right mind…probably suffering from some combination of mental illness and addiction, mostly likely homeless. So tonight we’re going to donate .50 cents from every pint sold to a non-profit to help treat mental illness/addiction in Columbus’ homeless population. Hope to see you tonight!
