After fermentation the beer is cold conditioned on 4lbs of course ground coffee beans for 1 week. The coffee beans add color to the stout and lots of roasted flavor. Java The Stout contains approximately a half a cup of coffee caffeine per pint. Great body with the robust aroma and flavor of coffee, what more could you ask for.
