Oubliette (\ˌü-blē-ˈet) is a French term for a deep, dark forgotten dungeon devoid of light and hope. This nearly opaque Imperial Stout is black as night with hints of plum at the edges and a rich tan head. Dark cocoa and roasted malt flavors are complimented by a lingering bitterness and a pleasingly warm alcohol glow.
