When we decided to collaborate with Cigar City, the ideas quickly took on a Cuban theme – specifically cuisine. The result is a pair of beers, this one being brewed with the super-ripe platanos maduros. With several layers of dark malts providing a rich base, the caramelized plantains offer a creamy texture and delicious taste.
