Lulo (also known as “naranjilla”), is a tropical fruit in the tomato family popular in Colombia and the rest of northwestern South America. It has a luscious, refreshing tartness and a slightly exotic aroma which we thought would blend well with the fruitiness of Galaxy hops. We kept the recipe fairly simple and let the fruit and hops do the talking.
