Paletas means popsicle in Spanish, and the versions most popular in the Latin American community are made with frozen fruit juice in a wide variety of tropical varieties. We thought this would be a perfect inspiration for a line a summer beers. But these are not kiddie treats. In addition to pure, high-quality fruit pulp, we use number of delicious spices and other flavors that build on the fruits, adding complexity and depth. They’ll still a lot of fun, and amazingly quaffable, only 3.5% ABV. This paleta features Tamarind.
