This almost all german beer, was a brute to brew. With a 5 hour boil and our biggest brew to date in terms of starting gravity. Brewed for our 4th anniversary and designed to be a split batch with half being served fresh and the other half being aged in casks. With the intention of releasing that for our 5th anniversary, March of 2026!
