It wasn’t originally “imperial”. When we were only able to transfer 55% of the beer to brite our brains were scrambled. We removed a small amount ice inside the fermenter and found out our new glycol temp-probe was a liar. We’d normally just sewer a mistake like this, but it’s so fucking magically delicious, we just have to share it. 39 IBU
