Exclusively for Old Chicago Restaurants – Buddha’s Hand witbier, or wheat beer, is brewed in the Belgian tradition with an American twist. Cascade hops along with a grain bill of Two Row, White Wheat, Caramel 30, Carapils and Torified Wheat. What makes the hazy ale so unique is the addition of the fragrant Buddha’s hand citron plant fruit. The tropical fruit is segmented into finger-like sections, resembling the hand of Buddha, and responsible for a crisp, refreshing and lightly citrusy flavor perfect for summer enjoyment.
