Nerdy collaboration with Seventh Son using the same base West Coast IPA recipe that is fermented with 2 different, new yeast strains. Our version is fermented with imperial yeast Mongosteeni a yeast bred to produce intense mango flavors. Hopped & double dry hopped with Mosaic, Strata, & Rakau.
