This entry is ONLY for the special Mosiac version. It says Mosaic on the front label and on the side label. Other versions go under the regular Hopulent entry. Brewed on February 19, 2013. Packaged on March 14, 2013. This special release of our Elevated Series Hopulent IPA was brewed using ONLY Mosaic hops! As a result, the brew is citrusy on the nose and fruity on the pallet, with a distinct floral characteristic.
