Oaked IPA: Aggressively hopped, citrus forward IPA made with Belgian yeast, then conditioned on American white oak while being continually dry hopped with Medusa, a new and rare hop varietal from New Mexico. Hop bitterness blends with the strong spice and toast of the oak, also a slight vanilla sweetness. Aroma of guava, apricot, and some citrus with herbal woody notes.
