White Out pours a dark chestnut brown. The khaki head leaves a small soapy lace ring which remains around the top of the beer. The spectacular aroma of buttery caramel malt and bourbon hit you first, followed by a subtle citrus fruit. Smooth bourbon oak and vanilla blend well with the sweet caramel malts. White Out goes down smooth with a slow, lingering bitterness.
