To give this IPA a huge burst of Guava-tastic flavor, our brewers broke down the Guava fruit’s flavor compound to its elements, then assigned hops with similar notes (Mosaic, Citra, Huell Melon, and Simcoe) to rebuild the Guava’s experience via lupulin.
