Session 71 is a Session IPA brewed brewed in two collaborative sessions with our Cleveland based friends, Platform Beer Company. Each batch brewed the same base beer, but each brewery utilized a different dry-hop regimen. Here at Land-Grant we dry-hopped the beer with Summer and Mosaic hops lending the beer a citrusy apricot armoa. Platform opted to use Azacca, giving their rendition plenty of Mango, Papaya, and Orange notes.
Even our designers got in on the collaborative fun, with our Creative Director,Walt, creating the Platform can; and Platform’s designer, Mark, designing ours.
