We got together with our friends at AleSmith Brewing Company to brew a style they always knock out of the park: West Coast Style IPA. Observation Deck is named after AleSmith’s taproom, which is one of our favorite places in the world to drink beer.
This collaboration yielded a beer that is aggressively dry hopped with HBC 1019, Idaho 7, and Citra, offering notes of candied peach rings, tropical fruit and citrus, but is also refreshing and snappy on the palate.
