A German Kolsch style pale golden ale with pilsner like qualities. This ale has a delicate white head with very low bitterness representing a clean, crisp, delicately refreshing tang in the finish. We utilizes German Noble hops along with one of the finest Pilsner malts to creates our German Kolsch style ale. Killbuck creek runs through Holmes County and was the commercial life blood of Killbuck, Ohio. Killbuck is Bill Baker’s hometown.
