Rhinegeist Experimental DIPA #005

It’s fermented with Belgian Rochefort yeast to offer banana, apple and pear esters. But that’s not it…this character is complemented by Citra, Simcoe and Comet hops bringing forth tropical, citrus and some wild/grassy notes. Standing tall at 9.0% ABV and 100+ IBU, this one’s reserved for a distinct palate.
