First, the folks at Neptune Hops in Cedar, Michigan, harvested and delivered these 150 lbs. of Centennial hops, driving through the night to ensure that we could add them to our brew less than 24 hours after they were picked. Then, Brewer John Cox got to work, adding the hop haul without any drying or processing, a method that maximizes flavor and aroma. The result? A tasty celebration of the annual hop harvest.
