The owner of Say Brewing Co., an old Columbus brewery, lived just west of Seventh Son on Say Avenue. The current resident of his home who cares for the hop vines on the property tells us that they have “just always been there” for as long as anyone can remember. We took the hops from these old vines and dry hopped an English-style Strong Ale brewed with classic heirloom malts to create a beer inspired by brewers of the past.
