This beer is an exploration in yeast. We’ve built a SMASH featuring Ashbourne Mild grain, Willamette hops and a yeast from the Private Collection of Wyeast. Our yeast will produce a delightfully balanced ale with awesome fruity esters and let the hops shine through.
