This beer takes its name from the old English structure fro drying fresh hops after the harvest. Oast is a sessionable pale ale brewed with 30% oats. Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Galaxy, and Simcoe hops provide layers of fruit such as mango, white grape and gooseberry, alond with some bitter pine and spice. Very light bodied and crisp with a clean finish.
