Spring is known as swarming season for bees and the first and main break that bees make from the hive is called prime swarm. Our first saison is made with Ohio Tulip Poplar and Summer Wildflower honey sourced from Honeyrun Farms in Williamsport Ohio. The honey adds a layer of spices and complexity but the finish is bone dry with a healthy ABV owing to our particular blend of thee farmhouse yeast strains.
