Taking its name from a type of stream that only exists during winter months, this dry golden ale is fermented entirely with the funky fruity Brettanomyces Claussenii yeast. This “wild” yeast gives the beer a dry minerality, a juicy pineapple aroma with fain leathery notes and a little clove-spice.
