Wolf’s Ridge and Seventh Son transmuted an old school American pale ale through a German prism. A blend of Vienna, Munich and German crystal malts provide a sweet base for classic nobel Hallertau hops. New varietals Hallertau Blanc and Hüll Melon add a subtle fruit aroma. A medium level of bitterness keeps everything nice and drinkable.
