Brewed with 24 strains of Lactobacillus, this is no ordinary sour beer. Taste wise, it can remind you of a Berliner Weisse, but there is no wheat in it and the flavor is more complex. It is sweet but tart and finishes dry. Has hints of citrus, green apple, and pear.
