8.2% ABV 40 IBU
Sometimes two breweries are better than one! Such is the case with this collaborative effort that we dreamt up with our friends from North High Brewing Co. A brainstorming session over beers and loaded tots yielded the following recipe: Cashmere pellet + Idaho 7 lupulin powder + Sacch. Trois yeast = flavors of papaya, pineapple, and orange (with a hint of funk to keep it interesting). Higher attenuation from the Brett-like yeast means this DIPA drinks easier than most. Highly recommended.
