This hybrid real ale is a blend of Thirsty Dog Cerberus Tripel and Siberian Night Russian Imperial Stout with a high gravity Belgian yeast. It is filled with roasted malt, pear and chocolate flavors. It is then aged in whiskey barrels for at least 6 months.
