Wolf’s Ridge Alpha Belgian Tripel

In its original form, it’s said that the first variants of Belgian Tripel were an answer by Trappist monasteries to the popularity of German Pilsners sweeping across Europe. This example takes cues from those classic beers, featuring the rounded crackery sweetness of Belgian-sourced Pilsner malt and beautiful yeast-derived flavors of apple, banana, and pear prior to a spritzy, Champagnelike finish.  IBU- 32
