Near and far, across the craft beer landscape, pale hoppy beers of all stripes dominate. Inarguably, a key component of these beers is the myriad flavors and aromas derived from Pacific Northwest-grown American hop varietals. Ever hungry to find new flavor profiles, we’ve produced a West Coast-style American IPA exclusively with an as of yet unnamed experimental hop strain. Flavors of pine, resin, and black currant combine with background malt notes of fresh bread to create a beer with considerable complexity, equaled by its drinkability. IBU- 62
