This bright IPA clocks in at 7%, brewed with lupulin powder and honey. Later we condition it on 22lbs of whole cone Citra hops and 50lbs of orange zest. The result is a moderately bitter IPA that’s balanced out nicely with a pop of fresh citrus and a touch of sweetness.
